Have been in the CIC since 2016 with our team, with a small break but happily came back for the following reasons:
1. Quality & Ergonomics of furniture and acoustics of rooms.
2. Security of rooms with passes
3. Location. Central Station, Parking, Restaurants all close by.
4. Amenities and service. Good quality on coffee, tea, treats, etc.
5. Community, having so many companies around is a big plus.
6. Flexibility to shift spaces and floors.
7. The wonderful team, that is nice and service oriented.

I don’t think you can get closer to Rotterdam Central regarding office and co-working space. Located in a historical building of Groot Handelsgebouw, it combines modern solutions and design with historical architecture and surroundings. Friendly people, a pleasant atmosphere, and decent coffee is the cherry on top.
A great coworking place with a vibrant community. Fantastic to meet fellow entrepreneurs. Lots of events happening. Loads of meeting rooms, 1-person booths and overall great vibes. The GM Joyce is awesome, too.

CIC is a fantastic environment stimulating creative thinking, cooperations amongst their community and a place to fully focus on the work you need to do while the necessities you need are being taken care off. Though their teams regularly change, the cic staff is very accommodating and there to help you in anyway they can.
